A Magical Portal Has Been Left Open in the Heart of Treviso.
Magic Portal in Treviso transforms the historic city centre into a real-life fantasy adventure through its streets, squares and porticoes. The Guardian Goblin has fallen into a deep sleep, and creatures from the magical world are beginning to cross through the portal.
Your team must recover the magical crystals, restore the Guardian’s power and close the portal before chaos reaches our world. You will be equipped with a GPS-enabled tablet and a kit filled with objects, clues and tools to use throughout the mission.

The Mission
For centuries, the real world and the magical world have been separated by ancient portals, each protected by a Guardian Goblin. In Treviso, however, one of these gateways has been left open, and its guardian can no longer keep it under control.
You will need to reach the locations shown on the tablet, observe your surroundings, meet virtual characters, solve puzzles and use the objects in your kit correctly.
This is not a virtual reality experience: you will physically explore the historic city centre. Augmented reality and GPS will connect the digital world with the real one, transforming Treviso into the setting for a great fantasy adventure.
Observation, communication and teamwork will be the keys to success. You have 120 minutes to recover the magical crystals and close the portal.
How to Play
DIFFICULTY
Recommended for players aged 10 and over. Suitable for families, children and adults. You can request hints whenever needed during the game.
DURATION
The mission lasts approximately 120 minutes, including the route, puzzles and digital interactions featured throughout the game.
GROUPS
We recommend 6 players per team, with a maximum of 8. For larger groups, we can organise several teams to play at the same time.
GPS-BASED GAME
The puzzles are activated when you reach the locations marked on the map. The route takes place throughout Treviso’s historic city centre.
AUGMENTED REALITY
The tablet blends real-world surroundings with virtual content without the need for a headset. Magical characters and creatures become part of the mission.
EQUIPMENT
You will receive a GPS-enabled tablet and a kit containing all the tools needed to solve the puzzles and close the portal.

WHERE DOES MAGIC PORTAL TAKE PLACE?
The mission takes place in Treviso’s historic city centre. The meeting point and all practical information will be provided in your booking confirmation.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Magic Portal takes place even in the rain. When the weather is uncertain, we provide lightweight rain jackets or disposable ponchos in the kit. Treviso’s historic centre also has plenty of porticoes where you can take shelter. The mission is postponed only in the event of severe thunderstorms or unsafe conditions.
DO YOU NEED A VR HEADSET?
No. You will physically explore the city using a GPS-enabled tablet and a kit containing various objects. The augmented reality content appears directly on the tablet screen.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?
The ideal team size is 6 players, but groups of 2 to 8 can take part. For larger groups, we provide additional tablets and kits and organise teams to play simultaneously.
IS IT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN?
Magic Portal is recommended for children aged 10 and over and is particularly suitable for families, young people and mixed groups of adults and children. For groups of minors and birthday parties, we recommend adult supervision and contacting our team in advance.
IS IT AVAILABLE IN OTHER LANGUAGES?
Yes. The game is available in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German.
CAN WE ORGANISE A COMPETITION BETWEEN MULTIPLE TEAMS?
