WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

An Escape Room is a live game experience in which a team must observe its surroundings, find clues, decipher codes and solve puzzles to complete a mission within a set time limit. Our indoor Escape Rooms take place at our venue in Silea, near Treviso, and are monitored by the Game Master from the control room.

WHICH INDOOR ESCAPE ROOMS CAN I PLAY?

Our current indoor experiences are Eddel Amun's Dream, Dr Thomas Wellington’s Clinic and Nicolas Flamel and the Elixir of Life. Each room features a different story, setting and series of puzzles.

HOW LONG DOES AN ESCAPE ROOM LAST?

The indoor game session lasts 60 minutes. We ask you to arrive approximately 10 minutes before your booked time for check-in and the initial briefing. It is also helpful to allow a few minutes after the game, so we recommend setting aside approximately 80 minutes in total.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY IN THE SAME ROOM?

Our Escape Rooms can be played by a minimum of 2 people. Eddel Amun’s Dream accommodates up to 7 players, while Dr Thomas Wellington’s Clinic and Nicolas Flamel and the Elixir of Life accommodate up to 8 players.

CAN TWO PEOPLE PLAY?

Yes. All our indoor Escape Rooms can also be played by two people. A larger team can share more observations and ideas, while playing as a pair makes the mission more intense and challenging.

DO WE NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?

No. You do not need to have played an Escape Room before. You will receive all the necessary instructions before the game begins and, during the experience, the Game Master will monitor your team and provide hints when needed.

ARE THE ESCAPE ROOMS HORROR-THEMED OR SCARY?

Our rooms focus mainly on mystery, storytelling, exploration and discovery. They may include dark atmospheres, moments of tension and special effects, but they are not designed as traditional horror attractions. Contact us if you would like help choosing the experience best suited to your group’s preferences and sensitivity.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE TO PLAY?

The minimum age is 10. Children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by at least one adult. For birthday parties and groups made up mainly of children or teenagers, we recommend contacting us before booking.

ARE THE INDOOR ESCAPE ROOMS AVAILABLE IN ENGLISH?

Yes. All three indoor Escape Rooms can be played in Italian or English. Select your preferred language when booking or contact our staff before the game.

WILL I REALLY BE LOCKED IN A ROOM?

No. For safety reasons, you will not actually be locked inside the room and you can stop or leave the game at any time. The setting, storyline and time limit will still create the feeling of taking part in a real escape mission.

WHAT IS ESCAPE FROM THE VILLA?

Escape from the Villa is a special experience, available on request, which allows you to play several chapters of The Chronicles of Villa Ricoletti in sequence. It is a longer and more complex experience than a single room and is designed for players who want to become fully immersed in the story of the Villa. Please contact our staff directly for information about availability, duration and participation options.

HOW MUCH DOES AN ESCAPE ROOM IN TREVISO COST?

The price of our indoor Escape Rooms is the total cost for the entire room and varies according to the number of players:

2 people: €75
3 people: €85
4 people: €95
5 people: €105
6 people: €115
7 people: €125
8 people: €135

The 8-player price is available for Dr Thomas Wellington’s Clinic and Nicolas Flamel and the Elixir of Life. The complete and up-to-date price list is available on the page Prices.

IS THE ESCAPE ROOM PRICE PER PERSON?

No. The price of an indoor experience is the total cost of the room for the entire group. For example, a team of 4 people pays €95 in total.

HOW CAN I BOOK?

You can choose your experience from the Book Your Experience in Treviso page.It separates indoor Escape Rooms from outdoor City Games and takes you to the page for your chosen experience, where you will find all the information and the available booking calendar.

HOW EARLY SHOULD WE ARRIVE?

We ask all participants to arrive approximately 10 minutes before the booked time. This allows time for check-in, the initial briefing and an explanation of the safety rules.

CAN I BOOK FOR MORE THAN ONE GROUP?

Yes. Depending on availability, several teams can play at the same time by using multiple rooms or by organising several outdoor teams. For large groups, we recommend emailing info@escaperoomevolution.it or calling 329 1404311 before making your booking.

CAN I BOOK THE ENTIRE VENUE?

Yes, subject to availability. Our three indoor rooms can accommodate up to 23 participants at the same time. To reserve several rooms or the entire venue, contact us with your preferred date, time and number of players.

CAN I CHANGE THE DATE OR RECEIVE A REFUND?

No refund is available in the event of a no-show or a delay that prevents the session from taking place correctly. To change the date or time, contact us at least 6 hours before your booking. Before booking, please also read our Terms and Conditions.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN INDOOR ESCAPE ROOM AND AN OUTDOOR CITY GAME?

Indoor Escape Rooms take place inside the themed rooms at our Silea venue and last 60 minutes. Outdoor City Games take place in Treviso’s historic city centre. Each team receives a tablet and a kit of objects, follows a route made up of different stops and solves puzzles to complete the mission.

WHICH OUTDOOR CITY GAMES CAN I CHOOSE?

Our current outdoor experiences are Operation Mindfall, Magic Portal, Blackout, Treasure Hunters, One Last Night and The Secret of San Tomaso.

The first five are standard City Games that can be booked through their respective pages. The Secret of San Tomaso is a special format designed mainly for large groups and events organised on request.

WHAT IS ONE LAST NIGHT?

One Last Night is a City Game designed for bachelorette parties, bachelor parties and adult groups. The team must reconstruct a party from hazy memories, complete missions in Treviso city centre and recover the missing wedding rings before the wedding descends into chaos.

HOW DOES AN OUTDOOR CITY GAME WORK?

The team receives a tablet and a kit containing objects required for the mission. Along the route, players reach different locations in Treviso city centre, observe their surroundings, interact with the materials and solve puzzles. It is not a virtual-reality headset experience: participants physically move through the city.

HOW LONG DOES A CITY GAME LAST?

Operation Mindfall, Magic Portal, Blackout, Treasure Hunters and One Last Night last approximately 120 minutes. The Secret of San Tomaso lasts approximately 180 minutes and is a special format organised on request.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY IN AN OUTDOOR TEAM?

The recommended number is 6 players per team, although up to 8 people can take part in the same team. For larger groups, we prepare additional tablets, additional kits and parallel routes.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN TAKE PART IN A CITY GAME?

The standard setup can accommodate up to 60 participants and can be extended to approximately 80 people by organising several teams at the same time. For even larger groups, please contact us so that we can determine the most suitable spaces, schedule and organisation together.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED AGE FOR CITY GAMES?

Magic Portal and Treasure Hunters are recommended for ages 10 and over. Operation Mindfall and Blackout are recommended for ages 12 and over. One Last Night is designed for adult groups, particularly bachelorette parties, bachelor parties and celebrations with friends. For groups of children or teenagers, we can help you choose the most suitable mission.

WHICH LANGUAGES ARE THE CITY GAMES AVAILABLE IN?

Our outdoor City Games can be played in Italian, English, French, Spanish and German. This makes them suitable for tourists, international companies and groups travelling from abroad.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

City Games also take place in the rain. When the weather is uncertain, we include lightweight rain jackets or disposable ponchos in the kit. Treviso’s historic city centre also has many covered walkways where players can shelter during the route.

The experience is suspended or postponed only in the event of severe thunderstorms or weather conditions that could put participants’ safety at risk.

WHERE DO THE CITY GAMES START?

The meeting point varies according to the selected game and the organisation of the event. The exact location will be provided on the mission page, in the booking confirmation or directly by our staff.

CAN I ORGANISE A BIRTHDAY PARTY?

Yes. You can organise birthday celebrations for adults, children and teenagers by choosing either an indoor Escape Room or an outdoor City Game. For larger groups, we can create several teams and recommend the format best suited to the participants’ ages. You can also visit our page Birthday Parties.

CAN I ORGANISE A BACHELORETTE OR BACHELOR PARTY?

Yes. For this type of celebration, we also offer One Last Night, a City Game in Treviso city centre where the group must reconstruct what happened, complete a series of missions and recover the missing wedding rings. Depending on the number of participants, we can organise multiple teams, including a competitive format, and add personalized elements dedicated to the bride-to-be or groom-to-be.

DO YOU ORGANISE CORPORATE TEAM-BUILDING ACTIVITIES?

Yes. Since 2016, we have been designing corporate team-building activities in Treviso for companies, agencies and work groups. Our experiences include indoor Escape Rooms, outdoor City Games, mobile Enigma Boxes, off-site activities and customised events.

WHAT IS ENIGMA BOX GAME AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

Enigma Box Game is a portable Escape Room contained entirely inside a locked box. Depending on the selected mission, the box features approximately 10–12 locks and contains all the objects, clues, codes and tools required to complete the game.

The team must carefully observe everything it finds, solve the puzzles and progressively open the locks until it reaches the final objective of the mission. The game lasts approximately 60 minutes and the Game Master can provide hints during the experience when needed.

Each Enigma Box is recommended for a maximum of 6 participants. We have 4 boxes, meaning that approximately 24 people can play at the same time, including in a competitive team format.

As it is a fully mobile experience, Enigma Box Game can be organised at your company, in a hotel, in a meeting room, at home or at the venue selected for your event.

DO YOU ORGANISE ACTIVITIES FOR VERY LARGE GROUPS?

Yes. We can design customised experiences for very large groups, both in Treviso and in other cities or venues. In these cases, please contact us so that we can determine the number of teams, schedule, materials, spaces and level of customisation required.

CAN AN EXPERIENCE BE PERSONALISED?

Yes. For private and corporate events, we can consider including messages, challenges, references to the guest of honor, company-related content or specially created narrative elements. Feasibility and cost depend on the game, location and level of personalisation requested.

HOW DO I GET TO ESCAPE ROOM EVOLUTION?

Escape Room Evolution is located at: Via Sile 13 31057 Silea, Treviso, Italy We are opposite The Space Cinema, close to the Treviso Mare road and the Treviso Sud exit of the A27 motorway.

You can also reach us by taking city bus number 3, getting off in the centre of Silea and walking approximately 200 metres.

CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT VOUCHER?

Yes. Gift vouchers are available for indoor Escape Rooms and selected outdoor City Games. The vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be prepared according to the number of players and the selected experience.

CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS OR RECORD VIDEOS INSIDE THE ROOMS?

No. Phones, cameras and video-recording devices are not permitted inside the Escape Rooms, in order to protect the puzzles and avoid spoiling the experience for future players. At the end of the experience, we can take a souvenir photograph of the team.

ARE THE EXPERIENCES ACCESSIBLE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES?

We try to make our activities as accessible as possible, but some rooms, routes and puzzles may involve physical, sensory or mobility limitations. Whether a person can participate depends on the selected experience and their specific requirements.
